Returning an item & Refund policy

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days of receiving your order and we’ll exchange or refund it.

If you return your order to our shop we’ll process your refund immediately. It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. For all other returns routes, it can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.

Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

 

Are there any products that can’t be returned?

In line with our refund policy above, we can offer exchanges on all products.

 

Terms and conditions

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it unless faulty, this should be within 35 days of purchase

If you return your item to our shop and you’d like a refund but don’t have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we’ll give you a voucher to the value of the current selling price. If you have your receipt or delivery note we’ll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase

It’s important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in its original condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused.

For online or telephone purchases we’ll refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you’re only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items.

Methods of payment and refunds

When returning your item, the way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you are refunded.

 

Credit / debit card

If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.

If you are returning your item(s) directly to our shop, please make sure you take with you the card that you used to make the purchase.

 

Paypal

If you paid online using PayPal and return your item via courier or Royal Mail, we’ll refund your PayPal account.

If you return your item in store, as PayPal is an online payment system, we won’t be able to refund your PayPal account immediately and it can take up to 5 days to be processed. You may prefer to opt for either an exchange, or a voucher with the refund value.

 

Vouchers

For items bought in store with a voucher, return the item to our shop and you’ll be given a voucher to the relevant value.

If you originally purchased the item online using a voucher, you can return the item in store and and you’ll be given a voucher to the relevant value. If you make a return via courier or Royal Mail, we’ll send you a voucher to the relevant value.

 

Cash

If you paid by cash we will refund you in cash.

 

Returning a gift

Return your gift in store using the gift receipt or despatch note and we’ll refund you by the method of your choice. You also have the option to exchange the item if you so wish.

If you don’t have a gift receipt or despatch note, we’ll refund you with a voucher equal to the current selling price of the item in Enchant & Allure.

 

Lost your receipt?

If you return your item to our shop and you’d like a refund but don’t have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we’ll give you a voucher to the value of the current selling price.

 

Exchanging an item

To exchange an item please visit our shop where you’ll be able to exchange your order on the spot (subject to availability).

If you prefer to use one of our other returns methods, simply return the unwanted item following our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you’d like. It may take up to 14 days for the refund for your original product to be processed, from the date you send it back to us.

How long do I have to exchange a product?

In line with our returns policy, you have up to 35 days to exchange a product from the date of purchase or the date you received your order.
